Sebastian Geist

Sebastian Geist is Head of Public Relations and is going to tell us all about Brax. In this Q&A with Sebastian Geist from Brax fashion, we will get a preview of the new collection and also a glimpse into his life such as his favourite weekend activities.

Q: Can you tell us what makes Brax special?

Feel good is not only a phrase – the people who work for us, the fashion we produce and the way we represent our collections – everything has to feel good! Our brand values; smart, style-conscious and passionate symbolise the BRAX way of life!

Q: What is your favourite item in the new collection?

For spring-summer: The BRAX bomber jacket Crew in navy!
Casual Chino, white sneaker & T-Shirt plus this Jacket – just like Steve McQueen

My favourite piece of the fall-winter collection is the new down jacket Dickson- great colour, a little bit shiny and super light. A lovely piece of my closet!

Q: Can you give us a sneak preview of the Fall/Winter collection?

For menswear:
Mix it up- clean and smart! Wool combined with denim. Relaxed and a little bit more grown up. A great look: wool pants and blazer combined with sneakers!

For womenswear:
Colors –  Red and black. A great coat is still the must-have! The Athleisure collection combines perfectly for business and leisure time. Also noteworthy are the flower prints!

Q: How do you spend your free time at the weekend?

As a dad, I spend much time with my family. Playing football with my three-year-old son Pepe at the weekend is my No.1 to do! I do some sports myself and reading magazines are also standard. Often we end the weeks with a barbecue and a great glass of white wine – my wife and me.

Q: You travel a lot, which place will be on your list of favourite places?

When you travel a lot you have to be open-minded – every place can be inspiring! Hotels, bars, stores.  However, the best places are mostly not that far away. One of my favourite places is the “Weissenhäuser Strand” at the East-Sea in Germany. There is a tiny restaurant called Bootshaus – great food, excellent wines and a fantastic view.

Q: What are you most proud of?

My family. I love the idea of hanging out with my loved ones in the garden on a warm summer day… this is my definition of bliss!

Q: Choose one (inspiring) person to have breakfast with:

A: Pep Guardiola – family, football and style… I would love to enjoy a great espresso with him!
